Oct 1st.
Thank you Lord, I made it through the month.
I didn't kill anyone, but the thoughts of killing a certain man, was becoming more and more with each time he opened his mouth.
Please Lord help me smile and have good thoughts when he winks at me trying to make things better again.
Please Lord give me the strength and wisdom to raise our son to become a good man.
Thank you Lord for Petey, watch over him and give him a strong tail cause I can't get it through my daughter's head that dragging him around by the tail, isn't nice.
Please Lord help my hubby find what he is looking for very very soon. Or I'm liable to take son's bat to him, and give him an attitude adjustment.
Please Lord see that the paperwork my mother has been waiting for past 3 months is in the mail box tomorrow.

What to say?
If you haven't already guess, still not doing so hot.
Me and hubby got in another heated disagreement this morning.  Over the shirt I put on this morning.
He looked at my shirt and frowned and told me he was going to throw it away when I fell asleep tonight.
My father’s dad bought this shirt for me.  It was one of the last things he bought me before he died.
So you can believe I snapped back at him.  Told him that I wouldn’t be throwing this shirt away until it was so holy that it won’t stay on any longer, cause grandpaw bought it for me.
One entire side of the shirt has oil stains on it from me changing the oil on grandpaw’s truck that was my inheritance from him, other then that there is no holes in the shirt.
Why he would pick on this shirt this morning beats me.  I have shirts that have multiple holes in them, and even a few of them I have to wear backwards so not to expose my front.
LOL, mom even made a comment about my shirt this morning while we were in town.
I told her it’s oil mother, how long has grandpaw been dead?
6yrs.
Well if it’s not came out now it’s not going to come out, mom.
Beside mom the oil came from grandpaw’s truck.
A truck that I let my uncle borrow, and he totally destroyed it, by rolling the thing over 6times.
No body died in the wreck by my x-uncle was in the truck too and he spent many months in the hospital with multiple broken bones.  Don’t much care from my women beating x-uncle.
So if there is anyone out there reading this Don’t Drink and Drive, cause sooner or later your going to end up in an accident and you might be so lucky.
All this walking down memory lane cause of a oil stained shirt.
Some time you have to laugh cause if you don’t laugh your going to cry instead.

i'm so happy it's october, and we are even having rain this week here in this very first week. rather unusual as many years it won't rain until november or december... your story of your grampa's shirt reminds me of garments of my father's that i kept after he died. you can't see it very well in that picture, but the profile pic of me at Stringier, i'm wearing my dad's favorite coat. i wore it for a really long time. it wasn't that beat up or anything, but it certainly wasn't stylish. it was probably something he bought in the early-mid 60's and i wore it when i made my first trip to england. and then i lost it somewhere. back in the days when i smoked so much pot i used to lose a lot of things. i wish i still had that coat now. i'd wear it, just to feel close to him. i have another coat that a different relative owned. now it IS stylish, from the 40's. but i didn't feel any connection to that person so it's different. keep the shirt BlackBird. if you have to hide it from "hubby". i fully understand what it means to you. :)

Someday that shirt will be the height of fashion.

I guarantee it.
