You asked a very good question and there have been other journals that I have came across and read shaking my head cause I didn't think that it all could be true either, but I didn't have the courage to leave my mark to ask them.
http://pmbcp.bravejournal.com/entry/19994 (below words are pasted here from the link of one of my past entries) Lying is never good and once you tell one lie you have to tell more lies to support the first lie. Then as times goes on you have to remember all the lies you have told to keep the first lie. Lies for me is to much trouble. I have trouble remember what I did yesterday, so instead of me being tagged a liar I don't lie to anyone.
That is my mother's mother (who is dead) influence on me and my cousins.
She would tan our hides when she caught any of us in a lie. She would tell us after she warmed our behinds. "I don't care if you lie to other people, but you'll get a worse punishment if you ever lie to me again."
Neither me or my female cousin lied to her again. *smiles* There were many times when we were growing up that she went to battle for us because we didn't lie to her.
My cousin's 13yr. didn't lie about everything that happened the night she was in the wreck. She drank 2 beers. Yes, Oklahoma has a age limit of 21yrs before they can buy or allowed to drink. She also told her mother, my cousin, that the two adults wanted her to say that they were attacked instead of being in a wreck.
*Rage* If it hadn't been for them hitting a tree we would be planning a funeral. The tree stopped them from driving off a 40ft drop, and none of them had been wearing seat belts.
Thank God, he/she was watching over the 13yr. I'm proud of my cousin because she is going to battle for her baby girl cause she didn't lie to us. Just like grandmaw did for us all those years ago.
Oh, I got off subject. Thank you Sevina, for asking and don't be afraid of asking the truth from me again.
There is always a chance that I did slip into LA LA writing, specially when I am so hyper, I should be manic but I'm not blinking and finding myself in a new world each blink.
Oh, and thank you for that Numa tag. I'll be clicking on it every time I need to dance and smile.
There is no such thing as a stupid question. The person would of not asked the question if they already knew the answer, and the person wouldn't of asked the question if they weren't wanting to know the answer. And you aren't going to learn, if you don't ask questions.
I can't remember for sure who told me that, but I'm thinking my grandmaw did.
